Techlandia

Created by Techlandia HQ

Techlandia is a modern dungeon crawl adventure, where 1-4 players attempt to infiltrate the high-tech corporate headquarters of the Techlandia corporation. The objective is to gain entry to the invite-only Techlandia TX-1 smartphone unveiling being held in a subterranean auditorium under the Silicon Valley headquarters of the secretive Techlandia corporation.

Latest Updates from Our Project:

Techlandia Update #3 -- Come play this weekend at Play.NYC!
over 5 years ago – Thu, Aug 08, 2019 at 10:17:58 AM

Big thanks to everyone! We're at 25% after about only 48 hours, and I'm so excited.

If you happen to be in/around New York this weekend, come check out Play.NYC, an annual indie games mini-convention. It's got video games, board games, and all kinds of other stuff.

Stop by the Techlandia table to snag some bonus promo cards -- I'll be there Sat and Sun this weekend. More info here:  https://www.play-nyc.com/

Extra: If you were following the Samsung Note 10 announcment yesterday, I was there in person, and took one of the first Note 10+ 5G phones on the air today with CBS -- sadly, we didn't have a chance to talk games... ;)

Techlandia Update #2 -- New reviews and videos, plus some early art
over 5 years ago – Wed, Aug 07, 2019 at 09:22:49 AM

Great first day for Techlandia, thanks to everyone! And great questions in the comments section -- keep 'em coming, I love chatting with everyone.

On the campaign page, you'll now see even more quotes from early coverage, with more incoming soon, and a section dedicated to links for videos, podcasts and websites that have interviewed me or written about the game.

Currently, we're gearing up for a convention this weekend, PLAY.NYC here in, uh, NYC. If you're in town, come by and check it out - I'll be doing game demos and giving out promo cards.

Flashback #1: Here are some of my initial board designs and sketches, which eventually morphed into a hex tile map.

I'm very excited to have this project live! I'll start by posting a little game art, then I'll be back later to post some review links. -dan
