Techlandia is a modern dungeon crawl adventure, where 1-4 players attempt to infiltrate the high-tech corporate headquarters of the Techlandia corporation. The objective is to gain entry to the invite-only Techlandia TX-1 smartphone unveiling being held in a subterranean auditorium under the Silicon Valley headquarters of the secretive Techlandia corporation.

Techlandia gets (box) organized

Greeting from the corporate home office!
Now that all initial backers have received Techlandia, I'm excited to share my design for a custom box insert, printable on a 3D printer.
I'm personally obsessed with 3D printing inserts, organizer, and extras for different games, so I knew Techlandia would have a few.
In our next update, I'll share some new videos and more pics of the limited edition Techlandia playmat.
Hope you are enjoying Techlandia. Questions? Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gotta go. I'm late for a Zoom meeting with our CEO, and I don't want him to get his tentacles in a twist.
Techlandia: The Case of the Missing CEO

Four of the biggest tech CEOs are gathering on Capital Hill today, but one key figure is still missing. While Jeff Bezos of Amazon, Tim Cook of Apple, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Sundar Pichai of Google are all testifying before House lawmakers, Techlandia CEO Dexter Ward has dodged a Congressional subpoena and is allegedly in hiding.
Fortunately, he should be pretty easy to find, especially if you're a Kickstarter backer of Techlandia -- almost all of the first wave of games have shipped from our fulfillment warehouse. If you're a US-based backer and don't have either the game or a tracking number yet, please let me know! International shipments are also in transit, but may take slightly longer to arrive.
Play, on a mat
I'm super excited by how great these custom neoprene playmats come out! They're 18x24 and have spaces for organizing all the shared elements of the game, including the map tiles and both jumbo and regular cards -- makes setup a snap. This was a limited run -- and there are just a few left -- but you can still order them through either Backerkit or our new shop, here: https://techlandiagame.com. [Top secret corporate memo: In both stores, use the code "tentacles" for a discount]
More evil, coming soon
Now that the final game is here, I'm working on a 3D-printed custom tray for inside the box, so look for the STL file soon, as well as a PNP add-on adventure with some new mechanics.
I'm going to go watch the Congressional tech hearings, where we'll see a bunch of bigshot CEOs talk about how benevolent and non-evil their companies are, which is exactly what Dexter Ward would say, too...
Techlandia: The evil has landed!

Reports from the field indicate that Techlandia is landing on doorsteps and in mailboxes right now! We couldn't be more excited to help our favorite all-powerful multinational corporation get a foothold in your homes...
The Techlandia rule book is meant to be highly readable and easy to follow, but sometimes you just want to watch a video, amirite? With a little practice, I got the basic game setup down to three minutes. It might take you a little longer the first time, but just follow along with our new setup video and you'll be hunting down Tech Cultists in no time!
In the meantime, I just managed to snag a copy of Jaws of the Lion at Target, so you know where I'll be...
Techlandia is straight floatin' on a boat in the deep blue sea

It's on a boat!
Here at Techlandia HQ, we've been obsessively tracking the shipping boat containing hundreds of copies of the Techlandia board game. Right now they're all floating on the ocean, somewhere near Oaxaca, Mexico.
All that to say -- those of you who pre-ordered Techlandia will have your game in hand soon, right when it starts to get unbearably hot outside and you start to wish for fall. Or a bigger A/C. Or both.
